This place is new. Very clean, very nice, super easy to manuever around, easy to back to a dock, friendly people, they do half of the work for you, don't be late because you'll spend about 30 to 60 minutes in line waiting to check-in at the security. They'll start loading you immidiatly. Very good experience here. If only every location was the same.

Do you release me within 24 hours? Or do you release me on the day of my appointment? If I arrive a day before my appointment, will you release me?

2nd part of review. Friday, woman at security made things way more difficult than needed, common sense needed. Back into door. Ramped dropped, 20 minutes later they started. Receiver took an hour and 15 minutes to unload half and then took another 20 minute break. 18 minutes until detention time was up. Receiver moved at a pace that most receivers move including my same load on Monday. He unloaded the other half in 18 mins. These delays cause truckers to delay delivery of products to their clients. There was no need. The Receiver could have been done in 40 mins instead of 2 hours. Common sense people.

Fast unload. Overnight parking down the street from the guard shack. If your paperwork is not perfect they will reject the load.

Took 30 minutes to get through the gate. On top of that, they would rather reject a load than making a single page copy of the BOL to give back. Apparently management is made it clear for the guards to not make a copy.
