They delivered to the wrong street address.

My package required signature and they failed to get signature especially since they delivered to the wrong address.

When I called to ensure that they knew I worked with the homeowner that delivered from a half mile away who was kind enough to deliver my package. Andre's could not be bothered to actually work through it but wanted me to text them the information for later because they could not find a pen.

I would not suggest anybody use this service.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE PROVIDER! I used them for a huge warehousing and delivery project and they exceeded all expectations. I plan to use them for all of my delivery needs in Seattle! Extra kudos that they had refrigerated trucks as well!

Tried to get a package couriered by this company, took 15 minutes on the phone to try to get the address and billing and information input. She couldn't figure it out, I ended up going somewhere else.
