I had a last minute need to get my two golf clubs from Seattle to Kirkland, I called PNW Couriers to see if they could do it and Rob was able to accommodate. It was even late on a Friday evening and I ended up having to change the delivery location and he was able to get the items to me through his delivery driver and the communication was top notch! Highly recommend these guys if ever you are in need and I will surely be using them again. Thanks Rob and team!!

My company is based in California & we had a shipment arriving in Sea-Tac that needed to deliver to a customer in Orting. After calling a different service, they took my info and never called me back to confirm my order. I had to call them & was told they "might" be able to do it. After that, I decided to try a different company & found Pacific Northwest Couriers. They were friendly, provided me the info I needed and took my order right then & there. Half a day was wasted when I called them & there wasn't a rush fee or any doubt that they couldn't do the job in the afternoon. They expedited my job & kept in touch with me on the delivery. Wonderful company to deal with. Excellent customer service. I will be using them again!
