I do so much business with these guys. I feel like family. I go shopping here before I will spend my money at Walmart are Lowe's. Maybe every thing is not brand new. But it's ok for the price. They are good people and always help when you are in need of help. They are honest and that's why I trust them and can talk them about anything. Thank you and God bless

The worst service I have ever experienced. I am completely disgusted and am seeking legal consolation for being publicly humiliated in front of every in the store. Yesterday I brought so used 18 volt power tools up to their store to see what they would offer me and the manager refused me service because the factory stickers that gives the information on the tool was scratched almost completely off and he could read it. He never checked them out to see if they worked properly or anything and then to top it all off he had the audacity to say to me " What happened to their stickers buddy huh " when I explained to him that they where obviously used tools and clearly it was scratched all over because I worked with them on a regular basis . He told me he couldn't take them because of the state come by and caught him with them he would get in trouble. Clearly insinuating that I was a theif and completely embarrassing me in front of every one. All I can say is I hope he's got a good lawyer

The people in here were very nice and friendly they had a decent selection of video games for sale but most of them are behind the counter and the older man in there asks if I was lookin for anything and I told him I had bad eyesight and I couldn’t see the games so he let me come around the counter and look so friendly and they had some really good wii titles and the guy even game me a ps2 for free lovely people good place

If I could give zero I would. Been doing business a long time. We had to pawn 3 shotguns and missed by one day and they claimed they had already sold them and no manager on duty. Went back the next day to discover they had the guns in the building AND the manager was on duty, but the punk at the counter flat out lied to our faces. Then they stole the guns and sold them thru waco location. Got 2 back and were holding them until the got the other one back for us. Needless to say this went on for a year and in the end they stole and resold the guns. The manager told me he could show me items all over the store that was held way over 10 days before being sold. I feel like they were determined from day 1 to keep the guns and sell them. They are theives as far as I am concerned. Will NEVER do business again. Over $1000 in guns stolen. One was a family hand down piece too
