Ordered 2 plates of catfish and shrimp was given 2 small plastic containers with less than a teaspoon of tartar sauce in each one. No extras given unless wanted to pay 50 cents per teaspoon of tartar sauce. Ridiculous I have to go to the store and buy tartar sauce to be able to eat my meal cause this facility refuses to give enough for your order!

I come in here almost everyday and get 2 big and golden combos. Everyday I’m in here I get treated the best I ever have in any fast food joint. Ladonna is always smiling and eager to help. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees are nice and always up for a good chat. Definitely recommend eating here!

Wanted ice cream after meal. Was told machine works but has to do a certain thing sometimes. Checked machine before placing order.

Wanted chicken and jalapeños, no jalapeños! Forgot to order!

Suggested the puppy peppers.....not so good.

Spicy rice was suggested, not so good.

Chicken was good.

Won't be back for a good spell.

I had the pleasure of meeting Renee after our doordash order was incorrect. When we called she was super understanding and let us know we could come in any time and get the correct order. This was in October and today we went in and she not only made good on her word she remembered our conversation from two months ago! Her customer service was 10/10! We are customers for life!

Love your new bowls! I am a regular customer , I visit often for the half price drinks and food. I love it! I am a Senior and I come often because the employees are so kind and helpful. They honestly act like they care. Ms. Renee always takes the time to check with me to see how Im doing. Sometimes a lil kindness goes a long way. And the staff always wishes me a blessed day welcomes me back. And remembers me everytime I come in . Just wanted y'all to know I appreciate the service.

We absolutely love Golden Chick. Had the breakfast burrito the first time and it was amazing.
The chicken is always hot and fresh and the rolls are to die for. Highly recommend. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience great! I also love how golden chick is very involved with the Mabank / Gun Barrel area! Thank you Golden Chick

Good chicken. But had to wait 25 minutes for our order of legs/thighs. Dinner time, 430. They should be trying to get ahead a bit before the rush hits. Be nice if they offered corn on the cob.

Usually when we order here we have no complaints. This time however is a totally different story. We ordered the family meal. The chicken was good as usual, but the sides were found wanting. The mashed potatoes were very runny, and the gravy was like water, or milk. We ordered a salad with it and the lettuce was wilted. I don't understand Golden Chick what happened?
