Worst service you can ever have. They Loaded my cars after 4months of my shipment to thier place , Charged me 25% extra at very last point. Got my bill of release after 19days, for this delay I had to pay 2800$ penalty. Worst worst worst. I don’t recommend it at all.

Listen guys, We just shipped 6 Cars from Chicago to Albania with American Star Logistics in South Chicago Heights. The moment I met the staff (early feb) I knew that I would be in great hands. The facility is huge and they ship hundreds of cars a WEEK! Our vehicles left February 28th 2020 and arrived April 14th! FAST - Trustworthy and people that KNOW this business! I am a very happy camper and cant wait to continue our business together side by side with American Star Logistics! They also had an opportunity to go above and beyond which they fulfilled. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The worst logistic company ever . My car stay there from over 5 months . They Do nothing , lie . Owner are unreliable . Never again !!!!

(transport) the guys who work in the office and the movers are sick and shouting about nothing and they don't understand each other, one of them told me to park outside, the second sick guy shouted and loudly told me to park inside, but I said I can't park inside because there are a lot of cars on the way, they are really sick and my trailer wire is broken because of the low ground 👎👎👎👎👎

Very fast, and reliable. I knew my car was in good hands when I shipped it to Jordan. It was shipped so quickly. They have an awesome staff, and the owner is super down to earth, and worked with me from beginning to end to make sure I got what I wanted. Will definitely go through them again in the future.

The staff in the office is very nice and friendly I talked to them about having to drop a vehicle on Saturday all tho they said we not open on Saturday but the folks that work on the yard will be in from 11am to 1 pm, they will be able to unload the vehicle
That American Star Logistics purchased. Wen I got there at 11:15am the worker refused to unload the unit with out any reasonable explanation which put me of my schedule until Monday, I was stuck in Chicago because of that employee. Also was very rude. All that to say if you bean told that you can unload there on Saturday, make sure that you can so you don’t get stuck.

Seriously the best car exporting business in town! Thanks Ylli for such awesome customer service. For an owner, he was very humble and willing to work. My cars were shipped so quickly, and arrived to their destination within a few weeks. Thanks again, I will definitely only deal with American Star Logistics in the future.
