They don’t care about drivers, all they unload is DHL. Everyone else has to wait for hours . Only one guy works the docks.

We had a driver go to wait for pick-up. Over 20 drivers waiting in line with only 2 people helping every half hour.
No one was taking in info for forming a line. The first driver had to leave to pick up from somewhere else.

2nd driver came to pick up after finishing their route. They wouldn't allow a digital copy of the Pick-up Order. They wouldn't him to email it to them. They wouldn't allow us to FAX IT (despite listing a fax number on their website). They even told us "we will take the fax and throw it away".

0/10 would never use service again.

They have "security" guy in the warehouse which didn't have a proper shower for God knows how long. He walks barefoot and constantly rubbing something onto his dirty feet. And then he's asking for your documents which he's touching with the same dirty hands. Gross 🤢🤢🤢

Nice enough people, the process of getting a door is complicated, no signs to tell you to take a left just before the 1st dock to get (in line), 1st come; SECOND: they aren't the fastest to load a trailer bitr I've def seen worse

No bathroom no access to food or drinks just in a cage for hours with nothing piss poor employees constantly fighting with each other or on their phones instead of unloading the trucks

It's a air freight company at the airport. Avoid. Or get 4$ a mile to offset the hassle. 3.5h to get Door.
1h sitting in cage to be called.
2h watching truck get loaded.

Very bad and slowly company!! I was wait cargo 7 hours and they closed. Told me go to next day. Very rude peoples!! Avoid them!!!!
