My wife and I got into the truck program almost 2 years ago and so far they’ve done everything that they’ve said said, and we are pleased at this point 👍🏻👍🏻

Update: one year later while the company expedited services is a good company and I trust them other than the fact that we were told we got a bumper-to-bumper extended warranty and that was not the case feels like we were just told stuff to get to signing papers, have had unreasonable cost, with multiple things going wrong with this truck the extended warranty hasn’t covered any of it! if you do get the truck, personally I would stay in their program and drive their truck and not get your own has been one of the biggest mistakes we’ve made and we can’t get out of it, make sure that they put some other tire on other than goodyear tires and be prepared to have a lot of cost, we have properly maintain the maintenance already having to replace our kingpins only 235,000 miles on it what other issues as well just say warning. We should’ve went with the freightliner have had a lot more better outcome with it. In our 17 years of driving.
Also, if you do do this, make sure you’re paying your quarterly taxes estimated to be at least $5000. If you’re a team every quarter don’t get behind.

Working for Forward Air, the freight has been really slow as we have moved forward 5000 miles get you around $5000 being in this program paying for the truck everything else’s fuel cost and payment, etc. but there are many weeks that we get under 5000 miles which to me should be no problem for a team you have been warned, they hire too many people to cover their freight, which causes more sitting waiting for freight. Hopefully Trump will turn this country around. We will see.

A good setup and plan in lease/sales concept but falls short on execution. Overall good but don't expect much in way of communication and follow through as there appears to be not enough people to handle the clientele load.

A word of advice-
Be VERY cautious of pricing and fees when making your decision, take this into high consideration against what load revenue you expect to generate.

Started 5 months ago and today I got my own truck lease! These guys are awesome to work with, and very knowledgeable! Just when I figured out that an issue was going to face my company, they contacted me to offer me a solution! It was almost like they read your mind. Have a problem with your carrier? These guys will solve it quickly and pain free! Have a dumb question? They don’t judge when they answer it! These guys have changed my life soo much! I have never been more stress free while having soo much responsibility! They truly want to help you succeed! Of course you will have to work the hardest you have ever worked to be successful, but anything worth having is worth working for!

Our experience with Expediter Services is great. They try to help us as much as they can. The only problem as a Team driver we sit most of the time on weekends and holidays. deliver a load Friday at 8 am Today is Tuesday at 12:30 pm and we still waiting for a load (Memorial Day weekend) I know the expediter they are not responsible for finding us a load but the company they work with is not providing enough loads for a team to run. How we can be successful if we are not getting loads? I lost one driver because of this and I am worried it will happen again with the new driver he will quit for the same reason. We are always on time for delivery and pick-up. We have been working for about 6 weeks. we hope is going to get better

My experience with ES is getting weary by the day. I pickup a truck in Southaven and drove it up to orientation in Ohio. But on the way up I mentioned to ES that there was a problem with the truck not starting when I turned it off. Also on the way up a rock cracked windshield so I was told to take it to a dealer. While in orientation and the truck is at the dealership for the windshield repair I asked repeatedly to please check why the truck sometimes want start. They insist I take it to a TA to have batteries tested when the truck is already at the dealer which made no sense. How about 5 days later the truck broke down at Forward Air here in Dallas and has to be towed to a dealership here. I've been in a hotel going on 4 days because they say they don't have another truck to put me in because they have already been assigned to different drivers going through orientation. They probably will terminate my employment for posting this but If can share my experience and help other drivers than so be it. Their reasoning makes no sense when I shown the days I did work that I am a hardworking. One day even show I've driven over 900 miles because I started my clock at midnight delivered a load and pickup two short runs. I'll return with a follow-up.
