I love love love this entire encounter. She was so patient and informative because I was a new customer. I came in the store at 6:15 pm and they close at 7pm. She and here manager stayed over 30 minutes helping myself and another client. I am a New amazon seller and I am grateful for this smooth, professional experience ! 🗣️DHL it’s time for her executive position! She told me her name and I forgot it I’m sorry. Terrible experience. Ordered a package from Amazon and DHL was the shipper. Was supposed to receive the package over a week ago. Did not get delivered so I called to see what's going on. I told them the gate code yet they still didn't drop off over the following couple of days I call again to go through the same process. And explained that I needed this package due to time sensitivity. I was assured it was to be delivered the following day. Never appeared. Either the employees are just doing whatever they want or there is no communication. Whatever the problem is needs to get fixed so people can have their packages when they are told they would receive them. You are a shipping company who has one job. Ship packages, the people on the phone were polite but they don't seem to have any ability to communicate with the different branches effectively. Very unprofessional outside of their call center.

If I could leave more then 5 stars I would , Miss L Harris Was so helpful with my questions and most importantly the packages I was trying to send. She was extremely patient and kind with us and overall was a good experience that I had. Definitely will be coming back!!!! 🙂

I have mixed feelings about DHL in general, as somehow they messed up in a big way over delivering a passport that was being shipped from overseas. Thankfully, I was able to get my package in less than 5 minutes after I checked in here.
