Cool Storage is probably the best storage facility I've used. The location is convenient, and the units are clean and spacious. The staff is knowledgeable and made everything so easy. I'm definitely coming back to use them the next time I need my stuff stored.

There was damage to some items in our unit because the pool chemicals in the unit next to ours leaked. We were told we would be reimbursed for the things damaged. It was an unopened play toy for my daughter(over $50) and an entire box of clothes (hundreds of dollars, but I wasn't going to nitpick if they actually gave us at least some of our money back).

I messaged the phone number with pictures like I was told. They have not responded/ paid for anything damaged for over 2 months. No phone calls, nothing. I would find another place that takes accountability when your stuff gets ruined in THEIR unit. There was nothing I could do to prevent it. Their unit leaked...

The facility was very clean every time we visited. There are roller carts readily available when we needed them and they really did come in handy to help move our stuff to the unit. You have a code that has to be entered each time to open the door making me feel very safe and my stuff secure. The employees were always kind and very helpful. If you let them know you are moving a lot in or out they will have the doors held open so you don’t have to keep putting in your code. All in all the unit was clean and nice and i will Recommend Cool Storage America to everyone!

Great place to store your household valuables for short or long periods of time.

Moving, down sizing or just want to keep family treasures safe until you use later. This is the place!!

I have personally toured this facility it’s clean, neat, and brand new. They've have an excellent security system, ramps for large items and places for trucks to deliver to the inside temperature controlled units. Right outside Shelby county line and easy to get to.

I would personally recommend using Cool Storage of American right away. Especially if you are housing valuables right now, before the weather gets hot in your old storage unit.

Cool Storage America has been a life-saver during the major remodel of our Collierville home.

The location is so convenient and safe which is especially important with two small kids in tow.

I know all of our furniture and precious memories will be in safe-keeping at this temperature-controlled storage facility until our house is livable again. And, this is so much better than moving our personal belongings from room to room and floor to floor as construction is ongoing.

Just moved a Collierville home full of antiques into two temperature-controlled storage units at Cool Storage America. The new self-storage facility has parking for RVs, boats, etc. They are also located close to Collierville (just 3 minutes south on Byhalia Road in Barton, MS). The rate per month is very competitive vs. Collierville. The manager was very friendly and accommodating for my move-in schedule, and he personally helped us move in. Definitely recommend Cool Storage for its new, highly secure facility and customer service.

Just recently rented here but I love it. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you need it but you can do all of it without any interaction in person if you'd prefer! But I wouldn't skip out on meeting them, there very helpful and friendly people.
