Used to have very good customer service but has gone downhill apparently. Will sell you a defective product and refuse to exchange it when you come back in 30 seconds later because "it left the store". Appalling to blame the customer. Good thing there are dozens of other tobacco stores nearby to give my business to!

This place is the most ghetto store in horn lake! Any given day after 5oclock it reeks of marijuana smoke!! The one who looks like a boy is always rude and the younger girl never wants to wait on customers. 9x outta 10 the manager is drunk just going around in circles. I can’t see how this place stays in business

First time in store and last. Nobody wanted to wait on me. Upon trying to leave they allowed another customer to try and start a fight with a 62 year old disabled customer. Not a safe environment at all.
