drink was good but literally not all the way full. 1/4 of my drink was just foam from them shaking it i guess when you pay $10 for a drink you only pay for 3/4ths of the drink. Also the lavender matcha has no lavender w theres that. embarrassing

I love this store! They remodeled to be a walk-up/drive thru only which makes complete sense for this location as it’s limited parking.
The alternative would have been to relocate so I’m glad they did this!
The baristas have more room to work which makes them more efficient.
Absolutely love this idea and more starbucks stores should remodel this way!!
Great job!

The only mishap is you have to enter from the frontage for SBUX and the Oltorf entrance is for the auto shop next door.

Very consistent Starbucks experience, coffee was good and freshly brewed. The coffee shop staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and there were plenty of power outlets and tables for getting some laptop work done. Ambiance music was good. My only suggestion would be to close a bit later on weekdays as 9pm seems a bit early.

It took 20 min to get a nitro brew, and the cup wasn’t full; I’d ask for a refund, but it would take forever.

Inside area was closed, sign seemed to read that would start at 6 but it was only 4. Ordered ahead but had to wait in long drive through line. Asked for light water in Americano but the cup was full. A little disappointing.

It’s actually ridiculous how much ice they add in the iced drinks, it literally takes up 3/4s of my drink, i ordered venti to get more drink not more ice

I always come to this location since it’s on my way to work. It has been multiple times now that my order is wrong. Today was just the final straw. I ordered a grande Carmel Macchiato and my cup was only about a 4th full and trust me i haven’t even drank any. This is disappointing as i am spending my money on this. Won’t be back to this location.

Employee at the window name Cindy I believe, was rushing at the order taker, not friendly at all, I pulled up to the window I already have my card present and she sticks the machine out basically by the window and I’m reaching out my car, and I asked her if she can bring it out a little bit and she didn’t even budge. Same thing with my drinks and loafs. I asked for her name and she was rude, and I just asked for my receipt and she basically tossed it in my hand. I had my son who is 11 with me and he asked me if she was mad or okay and I said I don’t know I didn’t do nothing to her.
We go to Starbucks 4xs a week and it’s always me and my 4 kids. But I guess today wasn’t her day!! Keep the rudeness away from customers, we are in Austin other customers don’t care and are crazy!!
