I have been renting from Harbor Gate for 4 months now. After these 4 months I quickly realized I needed a larger unit than the original 10x10. I called after hours and got the answering service who eft a message for Jan, but said there was no availability at the time at this location. Jan called me the next morning and let me know a 10x20 was coming available in the next day and asked if I’d be interested. She gave me the one directly in front of the door and swapped my paperwork over online (all I had to do was sign it) due to my super busy schedule. She made this transition extremely convenient for me and went out of her way to keep me informed on the other tenant moving out. No issues with this location. It’s always clean and the staff is a 10/10!

A bit on the expensive side, which would be fine if that was how it started out. They've gone up on us quite a few times. Used to you were locked in at that price. Those days are gone.

I have been a tenant here for over a year, and Amy is the best manager at this facility by far. She treats me respectfully, and like a friend. She has gone out of her way to help me. I wouold highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

Been using this storage for months now. Ms. Jan is super sweet and helpful, kind hearted and wholesome. I was working hard not long ago to reorganize the building and it was hot, she stopped, checked on me and brought me an ice cold water back. Definitely a people person and I'm glad she's our lady there.

Upon entry of Harbor Gate location appearance speaks volumes describing its Clients and maintained Attendants as a whole. Also, secure with code entry in/out, good lighting and clean. I absolutely recommend!
