This Company has NO concern for the children of Hinds County, their lack of concern is showed each day, buses always late, some routes too long, and over crowded, very poor communication with Parents, some bus drivers rude to the children and parents. They cannot keep good dependable drivers. They need to be held accountable for their poor service.

It's truly sad the safety and care of our kids are not a priority. Hiring quality bus drivers is not a priority and this is a huge reflection on how Durham bus services has no regard for children, parents, nor grandparents. Upper management is a reflection of the problem as there is a lack of professionalism when you have to report concerns or inquire about certain things. We trust these employees and companies with our little ones and minors and it is very unsettling how some of the bus drivers are rude and short when trying to talk to them. If an adult feels uncomfortable just imagine what these kids feel and may experience! Durham Bus Services DO BETTER!

I’m so pissed , Communication sucks , it’s always a new bus driver and y’all changing the time when yall picking up the kids
My son was out side at 6:50 for his bus at 7:00 that didn’t never come and until 7:36 which was another bus
1 . The bus came at 6:30 or 6:40
2. Say the they were headed back never came
3. Listened to another child that told them to go around way
I was late for work cause my son bus came early then what it was suppose too then y’all change times with out us knowing anything
Yall have to do better when talking to the parents

Bad decision of moving my kids to this school system. The transportation sucks! Is currently pooring down raining the bus was suppose to be here at 5:45 and it’s now 6:20 we still waiting. Call dispatch and you would think I slept with her last night she has a horrible attitude I wouldn’t recommend you call because your blood pressure is going to be up.

Byram Middle School starts at 8:20 am. On several occasions, my child is not picked up until after 8:30. When you call Durham to find out the location of the bus, they are rude. This morning, they answered the phone just to lay it down. I chose to listen to their conversation in hopes someone would eventually ask me what I needed. After 10 mins, I finally hung up. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable.

You should know they have NO problem dropping an 11 year old child off at the end of a random street whether you are there yet or not because if you are not there that's your problem and they do not feel responsible if something happens to your child. PATHETIC!

For the 3rd time this school year, the bus did not pick my child up (not to mention just being late) which makes me late for work. To my understanding it is due to inconsistency in drivers and broke down buses so there’s a different bus or driver every other day and apparently the substitutes can’t follow a bus route. This is so frustrating and irritating’
