My wife wanted to ship some personal items as gifts to her family in Mexico. Cool Parcel mislabeled the shipping weight and blamed her, and didn’t supply us with the correct customs information. The package was held in customs then returned because “personal items” can’t be shipped UPS ground, they have to be shipped UPS express. Despite giving cool parcel the complete list of items being shipped, they still chose the wrong service. Over one month later the package was returned to Cool Parcel’s facility in Chicago, and they demanded she pay an additional $90 to get her items shipped back to us in Cleveland. When the package was finally returned, it was opened and missing items. 0/10 I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is terrible and they will force you to pay for their own mistakes. Go directly through UPS. Its worth the extra money to avoid getting scammed.

Just shipped large package internationally. Coolparcel made the entire process extremely simple via their online application. They walk you through customs declarations and everything else needed to have the package received in good order. They tracked the package throughout the journey. Communications were excellent. And their prices were way less than others. 100% will use them again.

I strongly recommend to anyone using Coolparcel. They are not the company delivering packages, they are only a marketplace to find the best offer and they are very good at it.

The only issue is their website. When I first looked at it, I thought it was a scam. Horribly designed, confusing, it accepts only certain Visa bank cards. But once you get used to these issues, it works fine.

I don’t recommend this courier service. I shipped 5 packages on 6th Nov internationally via Coolparcel and UPS. I was told in the end of November that 1 of the package is missing. Till this date I don’t know where the package is. UPS doesn’t respond, coolparcel doesn’t respond. Plus Coolparcel has disconnected their phone # so you can’t even call them.
Not worth using this company to send your packages.

Excellent service highly recommended. I shipped a parcel to Colombia arrived in less than 4 days with tracking. Reasonable pricing. Will definitely use this company again. 5 stars best service for international shipping. Easy to navigate website for creating and printing necessary labels and customs documents. Best value compared to other shipping services.

I DO NOT suggest this company.

I typically give more chances to people, everybody makes mistakes, but the customer service is unproductive and unhelpful, I have to ship this package internationally UPS was supposed to show up yesterday, called them and they told me to contact UPS, called two different UPS teams, my local store, only to be told that cool parcel has to deal with. Called them this morning, waited about 30 minutes overall, no response, I will never chose this company EVER AGAIN.

I had an easy and very very satisfactory experience using cool parcel to send a box to Italy. Not only were all the instruction well explained and easy to follow, but both pick up and delivery were amazingly prompt. Having found other services costing a mint or not available, coolparcel deeply impressed me and I will definitely be using them again.

Coolparcel was cheaper than FedEx and UPS rates even though they also shipped by FedEx. They provided a mailing label and tracking, and picked up a heavy parcel at my front door. The package was delivered promptly. Great service and I will use them again.
