Very rude and unprofessional. They pick up the phone and when they find out who you are they hang up on you. Currently calling the better business bureau after this review. No way to treat a carrier who you booked a load with. And just because your brokers didn't read their emails all weekend. To know that customers canceled all loads. No you have attitude with the driver...very very unprofessional

What I enjoy about working with OTR is not only how very professional this team is but how personable they are with you. They work their hardest at getting you the best freight for the best rate and consider all positive outcome's for both your company and even better, your drivers. No trust rate confirmation he changed after delivery self no care about carrier go work hard for delivery reduce to $1000 after delivery. Nothing told me anything before delivery and bad language I Don’t recommend this company be careful thank you
