Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, friendly and kind. The lady who I made the reservation with on the phone and the lady that checked us in were both SO nice and helpful. Made the experience wonderful in the midst of a stressful time of moving. I wasn't there at check out but my husband said it was still a positive experience. Well done u- haul

She answered all the questions I had, checked my reservation for a u-haul, gave me great advice on my shopping needs, and to top it all off helped bring my moving supplies to my car in the rain!

I can't speak to the renting experience of u-hauls for this specific location but the customer service was excellent! Amazing job Calandra!

Morning attendant when I arrived to pick upy trailer was high, took 45 mins to find my name in his phone even though I pointed it out to him 3 times.
Trailer was filthy, full of yard debris and mud. I had to go to a carwash before I could move my furniture.
When I returned it, a diff employee was there and EXTREMELY RUDE.
had a major attitude when I asked where they wanted the trailer left at.

Uhaul is a good company but this location is garbage.

Was lucky to have found a 10' truck for a 4 hour rental at the last minute as I was driving to Tallahassee from Atlanta. I did the vast majority of the booking online including adding my license. When I arrived at the location, the truck was waiting for me in front and was ready to go. The young lady who was working there (alone, I might add) was professional, very funny and was a great asset to this location. And she loves NFL football and knew her stuff. Hell, she knew who David Akers was! She was happy that I had already done pretty much everything online so it was a quick transaction in the store and I was on the road. Truck has no power locks or windows but it had a working AC which was critical since it was 100 degrees outside. The 10' trucks don't have ramps so I got a decent leg workout in, but it is a very functional truck and we packed it front to back and bottom to top. All in all, a great rental for a great price at the last minute.

They cancelled my reservation even though I went up there and reserved for a 9am. They sent me to another FAR location , which cancelled on me as well. So I called and a representative told me that I was reserved for this location (again) but this time at 12pm. Which was a 3 hour difference. I had to wait 3 hours to move because this location cancelled my reservation on their ow even though I went up there face to face and reserved. It was complete inconvenience and I ended moving later then expected.

I didn’t have the truck longer then 30 min because they pushed my time back, the person that had the truck before me returned it late I couldn’t get my keys that day due to the inconvenience with the truck I tried to ask for a refund a man with dreads told me no because of the gas (which as I stated I only had it 30 min) no gas was used
