The absolute worst. They showed up one day early without notification, packed everything so bad that a lot of our furniture got damaged. Unbelievable. The movers at our new home couldn’t believe how bad everything was packed.

Hi Phil and Meg,

Our stuff was delivered yesterday and we have already started to unpack and settle in to our new home. I wanted to take a moment to share a note of appreciation for everyone we have interacted with on this journey.

I grew up in a military family and we moved around a lot, and most of the time we arrived with something missing, damaged, or delays. I was expecting to have to deal with some of those stressors along the way. However, at every step you and the movers from Excel, Mario and Stan, have done an amazing job.

This has been the smoothest move I have ever experienced and I wanted to share my appreciation. From the initial consultation and quote with Meg, to booking and logistics with Phil, and inventory and loading/unloading with Mario and Stan, everyone has been so professional, friendly, helpful, and considerate.

We are still going through all of the boxes, but from what we can tell everything was handled with incredible care and attention. Mario and Stan even made sure that they unloaded boxes we would need most immediately in a way that was easy to access.

Thank you for all of the help and support through this move, I will continue to be in touch if we find we have any questions or anything to follow up on as we continue to settle in.

AmeriMove handled our move beautifully, packed out, stored, and moved back in. Phil handled all the arrangements by phone and was always available to answer questions. We had the same great crew, Stephen Patterson, Randy Moore, Sean Stokes, and Tarik Webb, packing us out and moving us back in. Our experience with AmeriMOVE was excellent. From the estimator (Meg) to the owner (Phil) to the move coordinator (Arrie) to the actual movers (Steve's crew), they were all fantastic. When the owner takes the time to talk to potential clients and then later to insure that their move is successful despite a tropical storm, I call that superb Customer Service. Arrie was always very courteous and knowledgeable on the phone. The movers were on-time, very quick and precise in their moving skills as well very polite and nice to be around. I would recommend this company to anyone and I plan to use them again the future.

We used Amerimove when we moved from Tallahassee to Lacey, Washington. We set up the move in March of this year with a scheduled move in July. They provided an estimate of the cost of this move in March and at the end my cost came in less than the estimate. The people who work for Amerimove are professional and as good as I've seen anywhere. My family spent 20 years in the Army, so we've seen many moves. They established a time line in March, and everything Amerimove did was in accordance with the established times. When my household goods were picked up by Allied Vans, there was a delay that was not the fault of Amerimove. But Amerimove called me everyday to make sure I knew where my goods were and provide an expected delivery date. My household goods arrived in the great shape. I have frequently experienced damaged goods in moves, but not this time. I strongly recommend this company. They are professional in every way and want to ensure the customer is satisfied with their service, and they answer the telephone when you call!
