Fraudulent Practices by Broker Gary Amador

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the fraudulent actions conducted by Broker Gary Amador. After arriving at the receiver, we followed the standard procedure by sending the necessary paperwork to confirm everything was in order. The broker, Gary Amador, reviewed and confirmed that everything looked good and gave us the green light to proceed.

However, just five minutes after we moved our truck from the facility, Gary Amador unexpectedly deducted $500 from the agreed rate and sent a new rate confirmation reflecting this deduction. When we attempted to clarify the situation, Gary started giving false statements and refused to listen to our side of the story. Not only did he ignore our concerns, but he also began using abusive language and repeatedly hung up on us when we tried to explain.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and amounts to fraud. Carriers like us already face low payment rates, and now this unjustified deduction further exacerbates the situation. The lack of professionalism, respect, and honesty in dealing with carriers is deeply frustrating.

We strongly advise other carriers to be cautious when working with this broker and to be aware of the deceptive practices they engage in. We expect a full resolution and the immediate return of the deducted amount.
