While experiences at this facility may vary among drivers, it is important to note that wait times, even with an appointment, can extend up to two hours. Unloading times fluctuate depending on the company and driver, as this is a bumper-based process. In my case, I was fortunate to experience a relatively smooth operation, with a 1 hour and 30-minute wait after making the required turn to initiate the process. Unloading then took approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Drivers should remain mindful that this facility operates as a holding site, where efficiency is influenced by financial structures rather than pure labor availability. Those without an appointment may experience extended delays. To ensure a smoother experience, I strongly recommend having all paperwork in order, exercising patience, and maintaining professionalism when interacting with staff.

This is my first time at this location. Wasn't sure if my experience was going to be good or very bad based on the reviews. My experience was good. I arrived at around 7:30pm. the day before my 11am appointment. Was able to park on the street behind other trucks waiting on the appointments. Only check in at guardshack an hr prior to your appointment. When that time comes, drive up to guardshack. Don't park behind parked trucks, thinking they are checking in. You will set and be late. There is a different line for check in. Once checked in you will more than likely be asked to make a Uturn and park. They will call you with your assigned door. Do not open doors or remove seal, that's done from inside. There are a few truck stops within 40 miles as well. They also have two inside restrooms and vending machines. Lumper fees are a bit high. It took a little over 3hrs to be unloaded. I would go back.

What's going on with this company from the morning? Until now, all the driver just going inside torn, go outside, I asked couple of the driver. Some of them sad. My appointment need more 5 minutes until to check-in some of them said oh, he said we'll call you. Everybody said it's not right bliss. Never somebody come back here

Will never come again to this place had an appointment at 2:00 pm checked in at 1:45 pm sent me back to wait on the street which is so many other trucks are waiting on the street as well. been waiting here now it’s 3:38 pm but still not any movement

Delivery of flowers, prepaid bumper. They have rest rooms inside building. Lumpers take forever, appointment was for 7pm. Checked in at 4pm was told by guard shack to turn around and park and they will call with a door. 7:15pm no call. I called the receiving office and had to tell them I had a 7pm appointment and that I had flowers on board, they than gave me a door. Time now is 1:03am and still no call on paperwork, but I did receive a survey from capstone asking how there service was. Since I still have not received my paperwork and now down to the last hour of my clock to try and find a place to park for 10hrs, I'm leaving this review. If, they want to continue to get trucks in they need overnight parking for them. We as truck drivers can only drive so long in a day. Regret having to ever come back here again, and if I know that in the future I will avoid it.

This place is too big not to have a better checkin/staging process.

Check-in is allowed one hour before your appointment.

Even though there are "No Parking" signs just about everywhere, many trucks are parked waiting for their time to check-in. I was there 7 hours before I drove up to check-in. Do not wait in what appears to be a line if you need to check-in.

You have to check in at the guard shack and then make a u-turn, drive back out to a 'cul-de-sac' area to make another u-turn to wait to be called with a door assignment.

If you can, avoid this place!
I arrived at 3 pm for an appt. They unloaded me at 5 pm and I paid for a lumper. I waited until 9:30 pm for the papers.
And I only had 4 pallets,
The people in the office have no respect for drivers!
I will never visit this company again!

Not bad at all just make sure once you drive into the facility area ,keep driving down the road till you will see the others trucks that are going to be lined up to check in ,don’t stay behind the trucks outside or you will be late for your appointment those trucks outside on the side of the facility road already checked in and there are waiting for them to call them into a door once you check in you either get a door or you will be asked to make a U turn inside and go back out to wait for their call to give you a door like the others truck out ,good facility , I check in at 5:00 AM to my appointment time and by 6:30 am I was call to get in door,they start working on my truck to unload it I will definitely will have no problem coming back to this facility if my company send me ,my opinion to everyone coming to this facility just don’t go by everyone else opinion till you make your own conclusion about this facility
