Not too often do I leave reviews but considering how helpful Shelbi at Self Storage was I felt it necessary. She was very friendly, professional, and was able to help me through the whole process of picking out the right unit and booking it. It’s a shame when a place promises climate controlled storage and the temperature is 50 degrees or lower. I’m paying a pretty hefty price for this storage and that price has went up twice since I’ve had this unit. For the amount I’m paying I shouldn’t be freezing when retrieving my stuff storage do better.

I bought an indoor storage for a reason. Why is it FREEZING in there? I couldn’t even stand the cold. I feel like my stuff gonna get ruined >:O

Very easy to make a reservation online in advance of our move. Paperwork was quick and easy and the person checking me in onsite was very professional and polite. Easy transaction and I'm so glad I chose this facility for our climate control storage needs!
