This is actually under my daughters name BUT my name is Faith and I must say Alex was an A1 Number 1 in my book. He rushed from Baldwin County to the rescue of my sons truck in Wilmer, AL….he was professional and personable!! If you need someone in the future I would suggest Atlas and Alex as your driver!!!

Alex did an AMAZING job getting to me in a timely manner and getting my car to the shop before they closed. I just started a new job and it’s not a great look to be late in my first few days. I really needed to be at work on time so I can make some money and get caught up on some things, so it was imperative that I get my car fixed and get to work on time. Alex got it done and was very nice and informative! He has my business, thanks Alex!!! 🙂

Alex just meet me to pick up my car in mobile Al. He showed up prior too when I was told and did an amazing job. He hooked up my car in my garage and managed to get it out without bumping into anything. I highly recommend Atlas and Alex for all your towing needs!!!

My car wouldn’t start after getting out of work and I was in a parking garage where a tow truck wouldn’t fit. Alex walked up the parking garage ramp and started my car. He then offered to go to Walmart with me so I could purchase the device that would jump my battery. After that he offered to change my battery for me in the parking lot so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Alex is such an amazing employee and person.

Long story short we were traveling home from the beach hauling our 38’ travel trailer. Truck blew a fuel pumped and we were stuck on the side of the road!! Googled tow company and I picked the very first one. This team of individuals went way beyond my expectations to get me and my family off the road. They even towed our trailer to their lot and let us set up our camper in their lot!! The next morning they got our truck and trailer safely back to Jackson TN!!! Highly recommend these folks for any needs you may have!! Thank you all for everything you did for my family!!

Atlas was very quick with responding. The driver that was assigned to my towing was Mr. Alex. He contacted me and explained the entire process of towing my Tesla. He arrived promptly and took his time to ensure that he didn’t damage my vehicle. He was able to get my car to the charging dock safely and made sure that everything was operable before leaving.
