Not pleased with the level of professionalism. I ended up pre paying a month ahead and informed the manager a month before I was leaving and asked would I receive a refund she said yes. Fast foward to me being out of the unit a week later and was told the refund was sent. I wait a week I have nothing. I email again no response this time. I send another email and the response was it was sent and the manager maria said she'd reach out to the refund department and call me that same day, never received a call. I called several times and emailed no response. It's been over a month and I never got my refund like I was told and I can't get the manager for the Reed's location to even respond to my emails or return calls. I don't appreciate that. That's so unprofessional.

I had my storage unit for 15 years, and just had one issue with payments not being credited to my account when there was a change in business office location. That was pretty easily resolved, and I’d say otherwise things went fairly well.

This place was rough which is disheartening because I used the YEC on the highway and had no problems. The unit was clean when I got there, but the staff never answered the phone and I ended up with roaches/droppings in 3/4 of my boxes that were left there. However, they did get back to me and make things right.

Storage is not much better than leaving your stuff in a barn. The staff almost never answer the phone and they don't respond to requests submitted through the website. I have a leak in my unit and some of my items have been damaged. No one will respond to my phone calls or emails.

Updated Review after response from Owner. Still no return phone call from either of my web submission forms. I have tried to call 5 different times and each time I get the call can't be completed be the voicemail is full.

If the owner really wants to understand how to do better next time, they can start by having even a basic level of customer service. Also providing the service they charge for, like keeping your items out of the weather, would be a nice start.

It was an easy process from searching to selecting, buying, and moving out. Communication was on point and would definitely store here again.

I felt that it was overpriced for the quality of unit I had. In the unit, there were rat traps everywhere. I was told it would be a roll up door but it was a normal door. Property manager was never there during business hours to help with my code problems.
