Jorge and Slade from White Glove Delivery came today and set up our new furniture. They were very careful and worked hard. Jorge had to hang a large decorative mirror and did it with professional care. We appreciate the time they spent here.

I hired White Glove Storage and Delivery expecting a stress-free move, but that was far from my experience. As a Brown single mom, I needed a reliable, full-service move—what I was promised. Instead, I was left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

The lead mover acted like he was doing me a favor instead of providing a professional service. Mary, who evaluated the move, assured me that everything would be packed, unpacked, and reinstalled—but none of that happened. I had to unpack everything myself, and they left me to deal with installations they had promised to handle. I even had to hire a handyman to complete work they left unfinished.

And for all of this? I paid a total of $5,022.01. For that amount, I expected a seamless, high-quality service, but I ended up with extra work, extra costs, and unnecessary stress. If you’re looking for true white-glove service, look elsewhere.

This review is late as I moved in May of 2024 but every time I unpack a box I think of the extremely stressful experience of moving and how the guys at White Glove did their best to take care of my things, keep me calm, worked diligently and were just good people to be around. I want to thank Derek for the move coordination and Daniel, William, Max and Corbin for doing the work of the move. First time in my life that I hired movers and they were worth every cent. Thank you White Glove - you are an asset and credit to the profession!

I was ghosted during the estimate process.

Moving is a stressful thing; so it would be considerate to let your prospects and customers know that A) white glove can't fit me in the schedule or that B) white glove doesn't want the work. What doesn't add up is that there seemed to be an issue on their end receiving photos and I never heard anything after that. I sent photos to 2 cell numbers, sent via email, and shared via google drive. No idea what went on. I called back the following day and did not receive a call back.

I've worked with them in the past and I've been happy with their services. It's a premium service and so I expect premium sales and support.

My experience with White Gloves Storage & Delivery was excellent. Excellent care was taken of my furniture and belongings. In preparations, furniture and items were packaged extremely well, and I knew that all items would arrive intact. Once on site, the crew of four (Ray, TK, Osiel, and Jorge) were meticulous in placement of the furniture, helpful in adjusting locations, and extremely friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend White Glove Storage and Delivery for people looking to prepare for shipment and moves.
