The company provided me a quote, I sent a $600 deposit, and then 24 hours later needed to cancel the order. They have refused to honor their refund policy which clearly states $200/cancelled order. I've asked to speak to a representative and the only person I hear from is my Rep, who continues to state that the contract language states $200/cancellation per car, which is not what their contact language says. I cancelled the transportation 2 weeks out and did not even have a dedicated driver when I requested the cancellation. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are not legitimate and have not honored their own contract. Worse customer service and experience I've ever encountered and glad they are not transporting my vehicles.
