I recently bought a zero turn and had a front end loader installed on my 1023e. Besides one little hiccup the over all experience was outstanding. Brandon Snyder was my salesman and he was effective at communicating and was great to talk to working everything out. The service manager was amazing and the parts manager was amazing. The entire team at the canton MS Ag dealership was exceptional. They definitely earned me as a life long customer even though they are farther away than a closer MS AG dealer.

I recently purchased a ZTrak 930M for my Lawn Care Business with the help of a Great Salesman, Logan Martin, he is very courteous and professional and knows his stuff. I went In to the Canton AGUP with in mind to inquire about the Z740R and Logan suggested that I should consider looking into the full commercial 900 series and after approximately 30 days or business use with the Z930M and a prior Demo I’m so overwhelmed and pleased with the John Deere Brand and the Z930M, I’ve never cut grass this fast before, the Z930M has plenty of HP and doesn’t bog. I love everything about the Z930 and every time I cut with it I say why did I wait so long to go Green, the comfort Glide seat alone is worth it and to top it off the Michelin Tweels is everything POSITIVE that you have heard, I thought at first they’re going to be a rough ride, but after researching them I decided to go with them and once again Logan was correct about them compared to a standard tire. I am sold to the Green now and Happy about it, so don’t hesitate on a commercial Z900 series and ask for Logan Martin you won’t be disappointed.

Nothing runs like a Deere for sure, BUT, bought my first one from MSAg this week, and scheduled pick up today was forgotten about, so I was a surprise to everyone, mower was not prepped, no gas, soaking wet, low battery. Got it loaded and safely home but battery was SO DEAD I had to jump it off just to get it off my trailer. Sure hope future customer service and product quality is better down the road. Despite, I'm fired up to Mr. Green parked in my garage.

This rating is not as much about the dealership as it is the product. I spent a lot of money on a commercial grade zero turn John Deer. I foolishly thought that amount of money for a commercial grade mower to cut my grass would be a “get what you pay for” deal. It has been anything but. In less than a year the mower has gone totally dead twice now. While the warranty covers the repairs, it does not cover the pick up of the mower. So I’ve paid $300 this year for a brand new $14,000 mower to be picked up and repaired. Buyer beware. I’m afraid John Deer isn’t what it used to be.

MS AG In general is a great place for all of your John Deere needs. I've dealt with all three of the locations in my area and the two best are the Mendenhall and Canton MS ones. If you're looking to purchase a tractor in Mendenhall speak to Robbie and if you need service in Canton speak to Ike. Two very good men that won't lead you wrong like Travis in Bolton.
