Very easy place to find and get to. They have facilities in a few locations around the building. There is a guard shack but the people in it seem to be useless. If you are picking up go to the west side of the building and go in the door in the middle of the west end of the building. Make sure you park in the gravel. After getting loaded, go back around to the gravel at the west end and back in that door. If you wait in the dock to get tour paperwork they will cry about how busy they are and make you move instead of just giving the paperwork so you can just leave. The security guard NOT in the guard shack was the nicest person I ran across.

Other than yesterday a kind check in personal staff member at the second gate 6... The remaining previous day was a dock war... Who wanted freight and didn't want the freight. Loyld, a so called manager told me this wasn't his issue. But he took freight... Then, a woman in dock 9 told co driver same thing. We missed an important load. What a truly disorganized, with disgruntled employees, acting ghetto, lazy, and wasted time... Loss 6 hours one day, and a reset for my co driver.
I would rate as 0 stars and will never invest in Nissan!

Heed the advice of other drivers. DO NOT show up before 9pm ANY day, you will be turned away. Which is kind of pointless, considering I had an expedited load that needed to be there the same day it was dispatched. Drove 8 hours straight to be told I had to return after 9pm. Went back the next day and day-shift workers were a lot more friendlier and helpful.

Everyone keeps saying don't come before 9 p.m. I'm making a delivery at 10:30 apparently they're doing a shift change in an hour and a half into the shift and the lady at the guard shack told me to get back in my truck and wait for shift change. The only reason they got three stars is because the unloaders are on point

For the drivers coming in to pick up or deliver loads here. They do NOT open until 9pm on Sundays. You will find yourself parked on the highway and turn lane, waiting to get into the gate. They are pretty quick to get you unloaded once you're through the guard shack.

Make your own copy of BOL before you come. They so cheap and don't have money for copy machine. They will send you to Loves truck stop, there is $2 one copy page.

Facility is huge and these guys are making it the fastest facility in States for delivery. 3rd time here, every time less then 15 min. And it's a huge and busy facility
