Booked a load yesterday with Mark Behnke. He lied to me about shipping time. originally was told load was ready and the shipper would be open until 6pm. My driver rushed there to arrive at 4:30 only to find out that they wouldn't even be there until 6pm to load the truck. I got a "sorry". Then was told before booking the load that the receiver would be open 24/7 only to find out the next day in an email from Mark that they close at 2pm. I only took this load because of the 24/7 delivery and when i called him on it he wouldn't take responsibility for this and took an "Oh well" attitude as he tried to deny ANY of this.
This guy will say whatever they need to in order to cover his loads. Carriers BEWARE...they will lie right through their teeth. I guess that's pretty typical of brokers these days.
