I have rented a spot for my camper for about 6 years. I just rented a 10 X 15 personal storage room. I would rent from Roberts Storage again if I had to make a choice. I am not related to them, but I share the name.

My boyfriend had rented out a storage space for a couple months. The entire time management would not respond to our calls, and would not notify us of any incoming fees or changes with any and all payments. We moved everything out and there was a dead mouse on our couch. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DEAD MICE IN YOUR STORAGE!!

Did not have the unit size I was looking for but did offer me an alternative and threw in a free lock and some boxes. Also only charged my deposit fee of 10 dollars. Very helpful and super sweet every time I'm there.

Moved over here from Red Dot and their prices are way cheaper and it seems much more safe. Also it seems the units are bigger, so if you're looking for a nice storage unit this would be the place to go.

Expensive and had 3 dead mice in my couch after 2 months infested with bugs I called the office 6 times before they answered I would not go back to them for service.
