Rich and crew were great. After the sale of my parents home, they helped load everything up, removed junk, and recycled as much as we could. Rich has a wealth of experience handling furniture and securing loads. They were hard workers, friendly, were careful with the house and my parent's antiques. Best deal around and would recommend them to everyone.

Rich and his team were fantastic! Rich was able to accommodate our move on short notice. They moved a whole household of stuff from a packed 20ft x10ft storage unit to our new home in a few hours! Very reasonably priced, professional, and friendly. We would highly recommend! A friend recommended them and I was very happy with the service. They moved a fully assembled very heavy elliptical that I purchased on FB marketplace. To my home and up the stairs. They were very careful with this challenging move and all went well. Rich was very professional and the rate was very reasonable . Highly recommend

We love to support small, locally owned businesses and so when moving from Wayland to Hastings we chose Smart Move Services, LLC. The owner of the business was one of the people actually providing our moving services and was friendly, on time (even though there was bad snowy weather!), and gentle with our belongings. He and the other mover blew us away with how strong they were and communicative with each other to avoid any damage and perfectly align things. They even brought a tool kit to help with taking furniture apart into smaller sections for moving. They also were great and quick to communicate with when gathering info and booking. Even gave confirmation emails the day before our move, which by the way was smack dab right in the Holiday season and they still brought smiles. We had quotes from 2 other companies that were double the price of these movers. We highly recommend the Smart Move guys and are glad we trusted a small company where the owner is the one on the job.

If you are looking for someone to help you move I highly recommend Smart Move Services. They had their hands full moving all our stuff for sure! They hung tuff and got the job done. They were very careful with our belongings and mindful of the walls and trim of the houses. Thank you to them for getting us into our new home!

We called this company out of desperation after trying to move an entire house by ourselves. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were super friendly and great to work with, and did an incredible job with our stuff! Such a great experience. I won't hesitate to work with them again.
