BoxyPrep has been so helpful for our business. Moving our prep outside of our home and to BoxyPrep has allowed us to focus on sourcing and other projects, while knowing our items will be prepped correctly and efficiently. Travis is also a pleasure to work with... he's quick to respond to questions as well as providing feedback... and he's been willing to work with us on some specifics for our business that has cut down about 2 hours of 'admin work' each week, at least. We joined BoxyPrep over 3 months ago and we can't rave enough about them. From the start, Travis has been amazing to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. We are experienced Amazon sellers and were very weary outsourcing any task but we were at a point where we needed some serious help. Our search paid off and we found BoxyPrep. We trust our hard earned Amazon business completely with them because we know our data won't be misused or shared. They go out of their way to help whenever we needed them. I was in a bind on a Easter Sunday about a shipment - nothing to do with them but even then both Travis and his wife got on the phone with me before heading to church with their kids to help me with my issue.
