Mastodon moved us from Mass to Maine with incredible quality service, reasonable costs, and a phenomenal moving team! This was a very big move! Going from a 14-room (5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath) house to a new location in downeast Maine 6 hours away (328 miles). I have used them in the past for smaller, more local moves with no issues. I wasn't sure they would be able to handle a move this size & distance, but I was wrong! They did an amazing job, with all of our belongings moved to exactly where we wanted them, with no damage of any kind. I highly recommend you use them. They outshine any of the big moving companies, and their moving team was a pleasure to work with.

Great moving team! The owner JJ is very personable and reasonable when it comes to damages. It’s inevitable that things will get damaged - however JJ is reasonable, personable and kind and sent me a small cheque to fix a few things that got damaged.

This is a high quality service, not some cheap labor down the street. They handle with care and truly do good work.

I recently moved to a new place. My move was a bit tricky because I downsized and had to split my stuff into my new place and a storage unit. Dave and his team helped me to have seamless and stress-free moving within the estimated time and cost. The crew checked me every time they loaded and unloaded my stuff whether they went to the right places. One exceptional experience was their specialty in stacking items in the storage unit. They checked what went inside and what needed to be near the door. Then everything was fitted in my small storage room. All my stuffs were safely moved without any damage.
