The recently got a pool liner put in last minute by a family friend & needed an urgent water delivery. I called about 30 places during the day an no one could do it the same day. Soon enough, Nala industries were here helping me out! Eric showed up an was fixing parts of the liner that were falling in an really went above an beyond for me! He came the next day with another delivery & brought seal for my liner an fixed up the pieces almost completely. I spoke with the owner (derek) to provide payment an he was so professional and kind! I definitely recommend these guys! 10/10. if your looking for water deliveries & exceptional customer service this is the go to company.

Very good experience with getting a pool water delivery from Nala. Theresa was extremely easy to work with for scheduling, squeezing in a delivery the next day when every other company was booking a week or more out. She was checking on details by text after business hours to make sure it would go smoothly. And Eric noticed a problem with our pump setup when he was delivering the water. He really went way over and above by helping me troubleshoot it while the pool was filling up. I’ll definitely use this service again if I need pool water delivered. Great service!

I can't say enough positive things about Nala Industries! The company was recommended by a trusted contact and I am so glad that they were! Customer service was great over the phone for booking, my technician Billy was wonderful and the delivery experience was quick, easy, and efficient. My pool is hard to get to from the road but Billy worked it all out so I didn't have to worry. In my case the product (water) was crystal clear and perfect as well. If you are looking for water delivery in the area this is definitely the company to go to and if you can request Billy! 🙂

I can't say enough about this company. Several years ago, during an incredibly stressful time in our lives, in the midst of horrible winter, we ran out of oil. No one would deliver to us for days. Not even the company we had been using for years. Nala was the ONLY company of the many I called that even offered to try to squeeze us in. They not only tried but they delivered (literally!), and they had a way better price! We haven't looked back since. They have once again bailed us out and filled our tank as quickly as possible on the coldest day in a couple of years. Theresa is so responsive, professional, and has gone above and beyond for us more than once. We have also used them to deliver pool water. It was seamlessly delivered right when we needed it in the middle of liner replacement project. Their price is always competitive (if not the most affordable) and their customer service is amazing. I recommend them to anyone who asks and even some that don't. Use this company, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered pool water from Nala Industries on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. The pool water was delivered the same day. The gentleman who delivered the water, Eric, was so personable and so helpful, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. When I had called initially, my experience with Theresa on the phone was very rewarding to say the least. I would recommend this company hands down for anyone who needs pool water delivered. Their business is top notch and they are all for their customers.
