Do NOT use this company. We had a 10:30 pick up for an appointment and they no-showed. It was an important appointment. What kind of transportation company does that?! Not even a "running late" call, nothing. And no reason was provided as to why...

They are terribly unreliable. Totally missed the first pick up. I gave them a second chance and they were 40 minutes late for the second time and without my constantly calling, probably would have missed the second one. If the appointment is important, don't call them.

Driver was reckless and unmasked, I asked him to ease off the gas because he was practically drifting the mini van around corners on this tiny residential road, and he argued with me about his speed. I'm an ex professional driver with over 1m accident free miles, I know when someone is over driving the conditions and this guy is a danger to anyone who either rides with him or shares the road. When I complained to the company they refused to send a different driver and we ended up waiting for 2 hours in the cold for the insurance company to eventually just send a Lyft.

They gave me a ride to my appointment and left me stranded they never came back to pick me. I called them it kept going to voicemail box is full I had to walk

They left my husband stranded at his appointment in Chelmsford and everytime he called them he was sent straight to voicemail where he couldn't leave a voice mail because it said "Mail box is full" He had to call a cab home pay over $20 just to get home!!!!!!!!!!!
