Took a trip yesterday from Logan to tyngsboro the 12:30 pm bus. I would say that the bus is affordable , on time and the wifi inside the bus is awesome. Anyways what I really didn’t like about my ride is when I got off the ride I saw a passenger giving tip to the bus driver and I had just come back from being away for a year and I totally forgot about the tipping culture in America outside of restaurants. I felt bad that I didn’t have tip for the driver and I tried to tell him sorry I don’t have cash and thankyou for his help. He ignored me twice as he was walking away back to the bus making me feel even worse. It was a real good reminder of welcome back to America . Where tipping is like almost required everywhere for doing your job or else you get attitude. I felt bad and I wished I took care of my own bags since there is no atm at the airport and I could have avoided the attitude that I got. It made hate being here. I have no problem with giving tip. I have a good paying professional job, though that moment made me feel very small.

Great location right off Rt 3. Free parking. I would use it all the time if the hours were better. Last bus leaving Logan is 8:55PM so if your flight is late you are SOL. For that reason, I often drive way down to Woburn, where parking is not free. I think the to/from South Station would be great for commuters.

What a fantastic service! $15 to go where the MBTA won't at regular intervals. The bus was clean and comfortable. I was even able to put my bicycle under the bus for no extra fee. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

Security at this depot is very rude and disrespectful. We had a flat tire and was parked in a legal parking space in the parking lot. It was Christmas Eve, the security came over and asked if we were ok. Very respectfully we explained our issue and told him we would be out in a jiffy. He could clearly see the tire was flat, and instead of saying Merry Christmas 🎄, he calls the police. Well the State Trooper was not happy with the security guard. Instead of the trooper making sure our highways were safe from drunk drivers the security guard wasted his time on a flat tire.

I’ve never taken the time to leave a negative review, but if I could leave 0 stars I would. My family and I just waited over a half hour for a bus in Tyngsboro, MA along with over 35 people. After the bus seemed to be late, someone called the company only to be told the bus DROVE BY because it was “full”. Im not sure why it would not even stop to say it’s full and no other bus is coming. Plus I’m not sure why you would knowingly sell more tickets than they can service in the first place? Most people were dropped off and had no way to leave, and it was10 degrees outside and windy and they have people waiting out here for absolutely no reason. Many are likely going to miss entire flights at Logan airport. Absolutely worst operation I have ever seen. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for travel options as this company seems incredibly unreliable.

Great drivers!!! Whenever I’m traveling international I enjoy using Boston Express. Their timing is on point and the drivers are highly professionals and have great sense of humor. They handle your bags professionally and advices. The bus is constantly clean and peaceful during rides. You can count on the WiFi for Internet access to reach your loved ones or complete that office task online while on the go. The bus stations have plenty of parking space and cars are safe while parked on their grounds. Most often I see police vehicle either on ground or circumventing the ground. It’s a safe, reliable, cost effective way to journey. I would recommend.

Great bus service! Not too expensive, always on time and very clean. The rides are nice and the bus really to get around any areas between Nashua and Boston. The stations itself has a huge parking lot, a waiting area and complimentary coffee to offer.
