From start to completion this Flooring store was the Best! On time, within Budget, Great selection and quick turnaround time.
Installers were top notch as well, you can see why this group has been around close to 50 years. we wish everything was this easy!
Thank you Charlie for the great installation, Melissa thank you for your Design expertise and thanks for all the attention to detail guys, we will be back for more flooring, we are also excited you will be doing Kitchen Cabinets and granite countertops soon because we will need them by the end od 2025 for sure.

We just had our floors redone by Townsend Floors and Interiors and couldn't be happier. We had vinyl plank installed throughout, carpet for the stairs and tile around our fireplace. The whole process was top notch. Melissa at Townsend Floors who was knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. Charlie and Jay did the installation working long and hard to get a quality job done in 4 days. Highest recommendation to these folks - it's so great to be able to support a local business too!

Sorry, but I called them in September to request my carpets be stretched. They said they could do in October with another Townsend client.. no one called, so I called a week ago and left a message and no ones ever called me back. Tried to stay local, but not at this poor level of service.
