Moore helped us migrate from an old on-site system to the Zoom VoIP. We worked with Marcia, Mel, Pete and Jim and they were really great. Jim and his team went over and above during the wiring/setup stage. IT projects never seem to go without a hiccup or two but this was the exception. Everything went smoothly. It was really a pleasure to work with them and we would highly recommend them.

The team we worked with at Moore Communications is outstanding! Marcia, Jim & Mel are fantastic.

They helped us transition from an old on-site Nortel PBX phone system over to Zoom Phone VOIP service - the transition could not have gone smoother. They are efficient, highly knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. (Jim helped us with some stuff that was outside the scope of our phone system install when he visited our office, and he was happy to do so - it was greatly appreciated!). It was really a pleasure to work with them and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade to the latest and greatest in the world of business phone systems. We are so happy with Moore Communications and the Zoom Voice over IP Phone system they implemented at our Doctor Office. Paul did all the work and training. The transition was seemless and we had no interruptions with our phone service. We are thrilled with the customer servcie we have recieved.

In my business, phone and communication systems are of paramount importance. We bought our law office phone system 15 years ago from Marcia and her team. We are now transitioning to VOIP and Marcia -who is still there- could not make it any easier. There is always a certain amount of anxiety about changing systems, particularly when it still works, but the benefits of having your office anywhere and the cost savings coupled with great customer service make it an uncomplicated decision. They are the best.

Just had new phones installed in our church, we were very pleased with the service we received, start to finish. Marcia, the sales agent was great! She spent a lot of time with me making sure I was getting exactly what we wanted. Joe & Jim, the technicians who installed the equipment were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond the scope of work we hired them to do and made for a very happy customer. Will be happy to do business with them in the future. Highly recommend.
