Best local handy store. Ask and you will get good guidance. I've shopped here for years, and its a home town staple for Townsend. I go here first to figure large item purchases, mostly end up leaving with them. Otherwise, my lawn, shed, and home items are all better because of Apple.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location—some of the rudest and most unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. I usually make an effort to support local businesses, but the way I was treated here made it clear that my business isn't valued. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable service."

Always very helpful, and knowledgeable in all departments! They are great with special orders whenever something is unique or not in current store stock. As a customer for over 30 years, I have never been let down. Great selection of grills in summer and snow blowers in winter. Broken screens fixed quickly I cannot say enough!
