I would give zero stars if I could. They reached out to me to confirm the shipping date. I waited around all day and they did not show up. Then when I checked the tracking on their site, it said I refused the shipment when they NEVER showed up. I called several times and they would hang up before even saying hellol Finally they called me back to tell me my item was damaged and that I need to notify Amazon. Why do I notify them if you damaged the item? Worst customer service EVER.

Amazon chose CEVA to deliver a desk with hutch. Nobody contacted me in advance to ask when I would like to take delivery. I was assigned a date & given a 12-hour window which CEVA said could not be changed. I was assured I would get a text 30 minutes prior to delivery. I got a text 5 minutes before arrival. On 1/17 Charlotte dispatched an extremely petite man to deliver two giant boxes. I went outside to greet him & direct him to my front door for my "threshold delivery". It is clearly noted on the order from Amazon. The first words out of his mouth were "I have a bad back". He went on to say he was going to leave it out by the garage. He then proceeded to argue with me for over 10 minutes about providing threshold delivery. He finally used his pallet truck & dropped off an 8 foot pallet with the boxes on my walkway...10 feet from my actual threshold. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked him why they would send someone with a bad back to do deliveries and all he said was "I'm a contractor". The next time I order any large furnishings I will be sure to choose a company that has control of their shippers even if I have to spend significantly more money.

TERRIBLE company and service. I truly don’t know how they are still in business. I knew from the reviews I was dealing with a crappy company and they sure did deliver. Not my order, but service. Constantly saying the trucks were broke down and constantly rescheduling the delivery. I ended up cancelling my order and getting a refund. The guy that was on the phone was so rude and sounded so miserable. If I order anything again that needs to be delivered from this company, I’ll continue to cancel my order and get a refund. Will never deal with this company again. Would give negative stars if I could. Needs to be shut down.

Driver got to my house at almost 7:30pm at night. No call to tell us he was coming. He said he needed to drop it straight off and go but needed two people. (But it was just him). The guy clearly didn't want to do anything. I offered to help but he seemed like he didn't want to deal with it. I am sure the boxes will be jacked up being moved again. I don't even know if they are going to re-deliver it. Bed Bath and Beyond is totally useless.

Lol so im a delivery driver and the company i work for gave me the wrong address. I ended up at Ceva. Let me tell you. These people are mean and rude as hell. The dispatcher did helpe get to the right address. But not without being extremely rude. I dont understand what is wrong with the people here. Everyone is so angry. The person that answered the phone was clearing her throat and acted mad at me just because i didnt understand what she said. She attempted to repeat herself and i still didn't understand so i just started talking lol. This place is a joke. They need to clear that place out and hire normal people!

They do not stick to timelines or schedule deliveries. Schedule for 29th- now show and no notice, I had to reschedule for 31st automated. This is one lazy company! The customer reps are rude and truly do not care about the growth of this business. They will not inform you of a change of schedule, you would just have to figure it out once they have not delivered your merchandise. I contact the vendor that used them and informed them that they would be receiving a two star rating for using a one star rated carrier for services. Why would any vendor use them as a service, better yet any vendor that uses them a a service need a one star rating as well.

Worst Delivery Team I ever experience, Today one person came and dropped the luggage on the drive way and not ready to keep under covered area or backside of the home and most of the boxes are damaged, need to see if any damage on the wood. Even one star is not worth for this people.

The Package arrived!!! I was getting very worried especially after reading all the reviews. So I decided to let everyone know that the package I bought from a retailer shipped through Ceva Logistics, and it took longer then I was expecting but it came. It wasn't lost, it wasn't a scam company. It just took awhile. Here's the story if you want it.

The Package was suppose to arrive on July 12th. Using the tracking number I could see that they tried delivering it on the 15th but didn't want to leave the package in the rain. They called me and left a message letting me know that that was why they didn't leave it. Unfortunately I didn't get that voice mail the day they left it, cause I am awful at listening to messages. So I was in the dark until the 19th when I called and got a person right away to let me know what was happening and why it wasn't delivered on the 15th. They also let me know that it was going to be delivered again on the 22nd. The 22nd came and went. I was uneasy I thought about calling again but decided to wait a couple more days. And today, July 24th, I went outside to check to gate and the package was on my driveway! 😀

So yes it took long. But I am so happy it got here. Thanks for the voice mails, and thanks for answering customer service when I called.

So if your package is taking longer than you were told. I'm sorry! I know how it feels! And hopefully they will deliver your package soon.
