My wife made a reservation For a van here. and When I arrived home, I realized that I needed a truck to move the last of the things from My house. Both agents made it seamless and fast transaction for me to go back to my Moving schedule in no time. I would highly recommend this place and the service rented here.

Great for propane fills. They do check the date stamped on the tank to make sure the date is within 10 years. Otherwise they won't fill. They charge by the gallon instead of a flat price. No minimum fill charge

I've rented from this location few times, never had a problem. This time, about 30 minutes into my drive, the A/C went out. It was blowing hot air. And on the worst day for it to happen, it was 110° outside. The worst experience of my life.

Wide selection, but the staff here couldn't be better. Had an old, obscure mounting situation and they made accomodations on their side to make sure it was easy on me. They are a bit short staffed though, so if noone is at the front desk, look for someone in the side-yard/garage.

Gas guzzling 20' truck that came with a quarter tank of gas so I had to fill up before my journey. The truck was filthy both inside and out
so I had to clean the windows in order to see properly. Poor and slow service on the return.

I would like to preface this with saying I never take time to write reviews but this is certainly the exception, if 0 stars was possible I would rate that. This business has fraudulently charged my card for over $3,000 and they do not care or want to help.

I scheduled an auto transport rental with Uhaul on 5/16-5/22. To start, my trailer I was given for the rental had bald tires, when I brought this up to the store associate he simply shrugged it off and said it was fine. I briefly went over with him the dangers of towing long distance with bald tires and he diddnt seem to care. After purchasing my trailer I was told to wait outside and a team member would be happy to hook up the trailer for me. Well 20+ minutes go by and nobody comes out and I end up loading the trailer myself.
This is far from the worst.

On 5/30 I was billed $2,899…. I was shocked as I couldent think of anything that was wrong, the trailer was returned on time and it was not damaged. After a painful 2 hour phone call with most of that being on hold with U-Haul Corporate, they were able to figure out that a location in Florida had mistyped their rental tag and instead entered my rental tag and I was billed for dropping off a trailer on the other side of the country despite never having been to Florida.

I then had to take time off work to go down to the store and try to work things out in person since they refused to answer any of the 10 phone calls from U-Haul HQ or myself trying to reach them. I get to the location and no manager is present. The employee working had no clue what to do and basically told me to kick rocks and try again tomorrow. It is now the following day, I am still being billed for excessive fraudulent charges. I have spent over 1 hour on hold trying to reach a team member with no avail. Please whatever you do, do not use U-Haul or at the very least this location. The employees do not care about you and will try to charge you fraudulent charges and do absolutely nothing to help or compensate you. Please avoid this business at all costs.

It’s rare these days when you get good service and therefore it needs to be recognized. I rented a truck from this location to do some minor moving of household items. Every step of the process went smoothly, from the reservation to checkout.
Although when I brought the truck back the next morning I noticed I had to put more gas in the tank than I thought I had used. It seems you have to check the gas gauge & your contract to verify how much gas you need to bring it back with an equal amount as when you left. That’s normal. But it took 4 gallons and I had only driven 18 miles. Something was not right.
So when I checked the truck back in I confronted the first person I came upon with anger. His name is Cory and I started out the conversation pretty aggressively.
In a matter of moments, Cory calmly explained to me what likely happened, told me that I wasn’t the first person this happened to, then apologized, and offered a fair reimbursement for the extra expense I incurred.
Just like that! Problem solved.
If corporate U-Haul is reading this then you need to hire more employees like Cory. He quickly handled an angry customer and diffused the situation with a little reason. He didn’t need to give me a full refund, and I didn’t expect that, just make it right. A few dollars was all it took.
Too often people skills and some common sense are overlooked when in the service business. So thank you, Cory.
