Greenlane Senior Relocations handled my friends relocation to an assisted living facility in Calabasas. Green Lane were fantastic and handled all aspects of downsizing, packing, moving and installing the appropriate furniture in her new home. One of the best experiences I've ever had! From the first minute when I spoke with Steve & Michelle the phone, I knew why they came highly recommended! We had to move my Mother-in-Law after my Father-in-Law had passed away, it was already a very traumatic time for her, but when these guy's came in, they knew exactly how to talk, joke, and be very polite to an 85 year old who just lost her husband!

I highly recommend this company for ANY of your moving needs, they are just Awesome, in fact I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends who were moving some high class (stuff I can't afford!) furniture from Calabasas to Woodland Hills, they couldn't thank me enough, and had the same experience that we did! I know I sound like a family member, or a relative, but I'm not, I just give credit where credit is due, it's just not done enough these days, and I can't thank Steve & Michelle enough for helping us out, and I forgot to mention, at a "killer" deal of a price!

Dungeon

The delivery drivers were terrible!! They did not place the items where the were supposed to go, which was 3 heavy couch sectionals. I had asked them to move them to a location which was currently locked, the person with the key was literally down the street, I asked if they could wait for 5 minutes (Wasn't even a full 5 minutes). The driver looked at me with an attitude, then turned and walked to his truck and left.

I then called the company to explain what just happened. He called the driver to ask about the Situation. The company then called me back on a conference call with the driver staying quit in the back round without telling me. As I explained the situation further the driver starts talking at me rudely over the phone calling me a liar saying none of its true and that I said I told them to leave the couch outside and that it was all okay. I think I would know how or where I wanted my items placed...(wouldn't you?) If they needed 2 men and a rolling dolly to move the couch then how am I going to do it alone.

I then asked if they were going to send the guys back, they couldn't have been more then 4 blocks away, and they said no, its not their problem. They could care less about the customer or the task at hand. The driver is apparently to good to do his job....THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!!! I will NEVER use this company again and I suggest you don't either!!!
