Luann is amazing-I ordered knobs and as I walked thru the store everyone greeted me and were friendly. The young lady at the front directed me and was more than pleasant, I asked for the Store Mgr and she came over promptly and I can see why the store was ran so well, it started with Chanel. Well done to kudos to this showroom.

Usually my reviews are lengthy because I have to explain but this review is easy. Customer Service definitely 10 ⭐️s if possible , knowledge about the appliances 5 ⭐️, Prices 5⭐️ , Cleanliness of store 5 ⭐️, Presentable and approachable staff 5 ⭐️, Manager Chanell although busy helping multiple customers, she helped each customer and team member with a smile. She was very personable as well. Gave her contact info for any future needs, questions, and said if we had any issues with our appliances we could call her. Well let’s fast forward to day before delivery.. I got a call from WDC Moorpark Team regarding my scheduled delivery. The person that called me was very monotoned (you cannot be monotoned in customer service) especially when calling trying to say my delivery would be postponed 5 days!!!! I had questions, I had concerns, and the lady from Moorpark did not have the answers on why it was delayed when the items I purchased were InStore! I did not like her attitude or lack of customer service. I immediately called the Manager Chanell at Agoura in regards to this phone call. She apologized and looked into it immediately and HANDLED it, because guess what I GOT, my delivery on the day it was promised and on time. I felt like a valued customer for sure. Go Team Agoura and huge shoutout to Alex and Chanell!!

I have many purchases from WDC in Oxnard but I have to say that I must follow the Mgr Chanell wherever she goes. Chanell is now at Agoura and I follow her as she is the best at follow up, communication and dedication to her clients. WDC I shop with you because of her. Chanell is a true leader and her staff is always amazing as she has that expectation and is 2nd to none.
