Fetch advertises good payment amounts for a block of time but in my experience DO NOT COUNT on that money. On several occasions I would either receive a text saying that the block was cancelled due to low volume or after I have driven to the warehouse I would be told the block was cancelled and given $15 cancellation pay. The first time I was actually given an opportunity to work the block that I claimed (12p-2p) I was given 3 different complexes to deliver to and they were all 30 mins away from the warehouse. I was given an orientation giving me all the info I needed to obtain entry into the complexes but due to the orientation I didn't leave the warehouse until 12:23p. I verified with the staff that they still expected me to complete all deliveries before 2p (impossible) I was told that Management may not give me a violation due to it being my first day. That was not true because I was given a violation for not completing all deliveries before 2p. When I disputed the violation I was told that it would stand. My next opportunity to work a block of time, I was assigned 5 complexes to complete in the same 2 hour window. Again impossible but this time they added insult to injury with 4 big boxes that would not even fit in my car so they had to be removed from my block. I attempted to deliver the rest but when I arrived to the first complex I could see that I would not be able to complete my deliveries in the slotted block of time and judging from my experience with Fetch up to that point I decided to return to the warehouse. Upon my return I broke my ankle on the dock and only one person (Jade) came to my assistance. The guy that assigned me the workload had no interest in helping me after he saw I was injured. Everyone else in the warehouse acted as if they were scared to even look at me. I had to ask another person to remove the packages I returned from my car because my ankle was injured. That gentleman (Aaron) had to ask permission to help me. No one asked if I needed an ambulance or showed any concern about someone being injured on their property. After I made it home, I received a text asking about a missing package that was not missing because I had delivered it. At that point I notified whoever it was that was texting me that I had injured myself on their property. They stated that they were sorry that I was hurt and asked if I was somewhere safe. Obviously I wasn't safe on their dock. I have been to the ER and I now have a boot on my driving foot and can not work plus medical bills.

Their "service" is offered through my apartment. I've had to schedule a delivery three times in one week. They never came to my door with my packages. As I wait in my apartment, I get a text saying that they attempted to deliver and no one answered twice, then they take the packages back to their facility for me to reschedule. I just want my packages that I ordered.

They are incredibly unreliable, slow, and unhelpful. They would receive my packages early in the morning but refuse the process it until its "too late". Why cant they deliver from 6-9 when they process my package at 3? That is more than enough time for my package to come. Workers are constantly lazy and slacking. It is so infuriating that we are forced to pay and use them just to have our packages held hostage until they feel like doing their job.

Just an FYI for anyone ordering from Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, or Free People — someone named Halle or Hailey bought a jacket from Free People in September of 2024, started a return and never returned the item. Therefore, this address has been blacklisted and your order will be automatically cancelled. Halle or Hailey (whatever your name is) return your Free People jacket or you will begin to cough in 7 days.

As for Fetch, I’ve not had any issues with deliveries so far — other than long times to mark a package as received, and adding an extra step to a process that was perfected many years ago.

Anyone who had problems with Fetch send an email of your complaint to BBB. They lost my package and told me my package was never delivered to them despite my photo proof from Amazon. I'm sick of these trifling people.

My package has been missing for 2 weeks. I have sent countless emails to fetch requesting the status, all have been ignored.

Unable to ever reach anyone, you wont receive your packages the same day. I would just use the normal carrier for deliver not this service.

Amazon delivered my packages to this company three days ago I have texted and I have emailed asked him to call me and nothing has happened. I am still waiting on my products from Amazon. Our apartment forces us to use fetch. I think it’s a little ridiculous because I pay for Amazon prime, so that I can get my items sooner rather than later. Using fetch Has kept me from getting my items on time more times in one. Of course I don’t have a phone number on their website so you can call them and find out where your items are.
