0 stars for this company. They don`t answer their phones; always charge for non tracking more then 10%, pay you no early then 2 months from the date you sent them all documentation. For instance, I uploaded all needed paperwork on 11/13/2024 and on 2/24/25 I received an email from them stating that they approved the payment ( we are still waiting for payment!). My suggestion - don't waist your time and nerves with them, they are absolutely unprofessional!

Zero star for this company.. we book a load with chance baize the person is a very unprofessional person.. we had a problem with a load at the pick up and we was trying to reach him since 8:00 am until 3:30 pm.. he never answers phone calls and emails.. so we decided to tell the shipper to takeoff the load from my trailer because there’s no response from him.. and they just live you at your own.. stay away from this company honestly is not trusted just waste of time and money..

Andrews Zachary was the broker and it was a very bad and unprofessional experience to work with him. It's been a 45 days since we did the shipment for him but still waiting for the payment. They didn't even release the invoice yet. I had sent all the paperwork right after the delivery. I did so many calls and emails to him and the accounting but no response.

Don't ever trust Pepsico logistics. Head the warnings of these reviews. I've been in business for 10+ years and have dealt with my fair share of bad freight companies, but they take the cake. Nothing but missed pickups, wasted time, and zero communication. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and will cause you significant distress should you (attempt) to use their services. Avoid at all costs.

I had the opportunity to book a load with Jocelyn Nguyen. Professional relation, responsive and pleasant to work with. We had a detention request and it was solved in no time! I will definetely work with Jocelyn again in future!

Absolutely Unacceptable Service from Pepsi Logistics Company, Inc.

We cannot express how deeply disappointed and frustrated we are with the service provided by Pepsi Logistics Company, Inc. We booked a load where my driver ended up waiting 24 hours at the pickup location because the load was not ready. This completely disrupted our schedule, and by the time the load was finally ready—the next day around 10 AM—my driver was already late for the delivery.

The broker assured us that layover pay would be provided due to this issue. However, despite multiple follow-ups, we have yet to receive any compensation. It's been over a month and a half since the load was delivered, and we've been met with nothing but radio silence. Neither the broker nor the manager has responded to our emails—communication has been abysmal, to say the least.

This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. If you're considering working with Pepsi Logistics Company, Inc., I strongly advise you to AVOID them. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

3 months after we deliver load for Pepsi payment for that load got disputed. Not paying because of some potential claim?! Got clean bills at delivery. No one complained about anything and now got screwed for the whole load done for them. Of course, no one is replaying to my e mails or phone calls.

We have gave your company a 100% of good service. We send sent over Signed BOl like you asked for. Shipping wrote in our in and out times like you asked us to do. On top of that our other proof is the bills are timed stamped at the bottom of the page. Yet we still have not received our new rate confirmation with our detention rate for the 2 hours and 44 minutes we waited to pickup your load. Your policy states for us to do all that your company requires to receive detention pay. I have read hundreds of reports and reviews and yet we went against what was clearly stated this doesn’t like and will not pay out detention pay, even though all rules were met. Good business is good business and bad business is bad business. Load was a 3pm appointment arrived at 10am didn’t start getting loaded until 5:22pm didn’t leave shipping until 7:44. Everyone at Pepsi St. Louis nice and cool and they really appreciate my patience with them. I replied I understand, I used to work at PepsiCo St. Louis and ran thousands of loads for PepsiCo. But going out here everyday working and not being treated well not being paid for said service.
