We booked a load with Allen, and our experience with this brokernis terrible!
We booked that load on Thursday, and it was for Friday pickup at 2pm.
The shipper told our deiver it was not ready and he waited till 2 pm
When he showed up there, they refused to load him because he had temporary plates!!! I'm not sure from where that came from, but it was not stated on the RC!
I called Allen, and he said, "You dont have a load and hang up a couple of times!"
Im doing this for 12 years, I booked thousands of loads me personally and never saw something like this!
This is absolutely ridiculous!
I also spoke with the "manager" Luke, but he didn't help at all. Of course, he was protecting Allen!
Stay away from this company!

Great place to load there is showers towels and rags for drivers . Security is great as well fast checking at guard shack.

Nice place I was out in 15 minutes...the security guys are cool too, bathrooms are clean and they even have showers

I have an issue with this company, Person named Luke Robinson put a bad review on my company and he is not willing to listen me I send him all proofs that my company is not invlolve on things like he wrote on his review but he is still not willing to listen me and understand!!
