As a carrier - I enjoy hauling vehicles for Pegas Logistics. The communication is great and they are very transparent and trustworthy. I have received payment with a credit card and COD for my loads delivered. The rate for moving vehicles for them is fair in todays market

I am absolutely blown away by the most dishonest, lying, deceiving, and sloppy group of people I have had the pleasure to work with in a very long time.

Last week, the first driver showed up to pick up the product, and indicted he couldn't because the "dispatcher incorrectly described the product, and he didn't have room for it". The company finally returned my calls, tired to blame me, backtracked, and then tried to say they needed to upcharge me $400 more than that contract price. I got pretty upset at that point, and threatened to call Shiply (the company who I received their bid through), at which point they backed down, and said they would figure it out, and that they had "4 more days to figure it out per the contract". Yesterday, Oct 17th, they scheduled a pickup, and then cancelled and again after scheduling with my seller. My seller is incredibly upset by this point, after being dragged out to the property to help load, only to be cancelled on again. But, the shipper, Pegas Logistics/Morecarry promise me, adamantly that they will have it picked up tomorrow (today) no problem. I call this morning, and they tell me "very soon, they will be there". Then at 12 noon, they said we will be there by 2. Then at 2 when no one showed up, they said, we will be there by 3. It is now almost 5pm, and they have all stopped answering the phone, since the last call at 2pm. I have likely lost my deposit ($500) on the goods, and the seller has given me bad reviews as a buyer. This unbelieveable experience will cost me thousands in time and labor. This company has no business serving the public, and I would stay as far away as I can.

We hired Pegas Logistics LLC through Shiply, where they operate under the name Movecarry, to transport a vehicle. They initially scheduled a pickup for Monday but failed to collect the vehicle as promised. Despite my numerous follow-up calls over the next few days, they provided repeated excuses without resolving the issue. Eventually, the owner called to apologize, citing an emergency. However, the lack of immediate rescheduling communication from Pegas Logistics LLC was both disappointing and unprofessional.

A new driver was finally assigned and picked up the vehicle the next day, which was a relief. However, when I asked about the estimated delivery time, I was told 6:40 a.m., which I communicated to our client, Brian. Despite requesting that the driver keep Brian informed of any updates, the driver attempted to deliver the vehicle between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., well before the agreed time of 6:30 a.m. This led to an unnecessary argument over a 30-minute window because Brian, who was working, could not accommodate such an early delivery. The driver’s unprofessional insistence on delivering within this unreasonable timeframe was entirely inappropriate.

Furthermore, the driver did not arrive at the rescheduled time, causing additional inconvenience for Brian. To add to the frustration, there was a dispute over the payment amount upon delivery. Although we, ABC Motors, had an agreement and had paid deposits, the driver demanded $300 from Brian instead of the remaining balance of $225. Brian informed them that ABC Motors was responsible for the payment, as per the agreement and signed form with Movecarry. However, they still insisted on charging Brian and harassed him for the payment.

When they finally called me and asked for the $300, I reminded them that the correct amount was only $225. They pretended to have forgotten about the deposit we made and then sent a new invoice for $245 instead of the $225. Exhausted from dealing with their unprofessionalism, I ended up paying the extra $20 just to resolve the situation.

Overall, this was a terrible experience for both us and our client. The lack of communication, unprofessional conduct, and payment issues make Pegas Logistics LLC a company I cannot recommend. I have dealt with multiple companies on Shiply, but this was by far the worst. Please look elsewhere for your transportation needs.

Shipped a vehicle from Florida to Texas, and it could not have gone smoother. From start to finish the customer service was exceptional, and the driver handled my vehicle with the utmost care. Pricing was very reasonable, and their services made my life very, very easy. I never shipped a vehicle before, but now realizing the ease of it? I’ll do it again! Highly recommend these guys!!!

To my surprise, I had an excellent experience with this company. I havent had the best of luck with movers recently, but these guys changed that. I shipped a vehicle from Vegas to VA and they were in constant communication the entire time. Not to mention professional and timely. Thank you guys. 10/10 experience.

This company is amazing, very professional, easy communication, they were in contact with me all the time, updating me on everything, they were in charge of finding someone professional to transport my motorcycle, in less than a week my motorcycle was with me and everything was perfect From Alex in customer service who made all the arrangements for me to have my bike on time for my birthday, to the driver Martín who was also very professional and took care of my bike, the whole process was truly very easy, fast and stress-free. , thank you Alex once again for all your help I am truly grateful and happy with all the work you did, this will definitely be my number one company the next time I need transportation, I recommend them 100%.
