My experience with Craters and Freighters Nashville was a bit of a journey to get my pottery out to CA. My customer service rep took the time/effort to answer my email questions and provide an initial quote - he was patient as I looked into other alternative ways to get my pottery shipped - no other resource does an LTL for artwork that I could find - the packing and shipping process was excellent - none of my pieces were damaged. I have now an abundance of bubble wrap/black Styrofoam to add to my own shipping supplies for customers. I would use Craters and Freighters again based on this first experience.

Luis and Paul and everybody at Craters and Freighters were absolutely amazing to deal with. I bought a recording studio tape machine and needed it shipped from Nashville to Colorado, and they did an impeccable job picking it up, packing it, building a crate for it, and shipping it to me well under the deadline by which I needed it. I would absolutely recommend them for anything large and valuable that you need shipped. Thanks again, guys!

Paul was incredibly helpful and super nice! As were the entire staff, a very friendly atmosphere. They really took care in wrapping and crating my boxes. The pricing was reasonable & the shipment arrived a week later in perfect condition.

It's never easy selecting a shipper that is communicative, reliable and detail oriented. Paul with Craters & Freighters in Nashville hit all the marks and then some. We had a very large shipment of antiques and heavy concrete/stone fountains & objects. All was packed extremely well and arrived just as we remembered it at the A&G Nashville Show 2019! I've worked with the Craters & Freighters Nashville Team for the past two years, after purchasing delicate art / antiques from the Antique & Garden Show. The team at C&F, specifically Luis and Paul, were so helpful in ensuring peace of mind for my items and gave such a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them both!
