Worst experience with Propak imaginable. Notified J Tucker driver was going to hit detention in the near future and was given attitude for inconveniencing him with an email. Sat at shipper for 7.5 hours and had to fight for detention. When asking him for assistance getting the driver help, given more attitude. Not a broker that has the carrier's back. Perfect example of lack of work ethic.

Would rate 0 if I could. They canceled a load on me Friday at 4:30pm at the shipper, since then more then a month all of their Nashville division is hiding not to pay me a truck order not used.
