A sweet girl at the check-in office saved my schedule and helped me load a day earlier. Now I won’t miss my flight, and I’ll have time to rest and prepare my truck for the next driver. When I picked up the documents, she was already off her shift. I’m very grateful to you; you saved me! 😊 Thanks also to the team who prepared the load and loaded it perfectly and professionally. So upon coming here it was really a cluster. There are no signs telling you were to park while you wait. The employees act like you’re in the way aka the front desk ladies. Like that’s your job is to work with drivers or so I thought. They have one bathroom and pray that you don’t have to use it to bad. I was told that I could get in to a dock early but didn’t until my appt time. And yes the reviews are correct they don’t get done with you quickly at all. Your stuck waiting on the dock for them and they soak up that two hour time they have!

My appointment was at 12:00. Arrived 11:50 and 5 hours later still waiting for the door.

I arrived 14 hours early for a 0700 appt. because quite frankly, Seattle and the surrounding area are beyond pathetic for truck stops and truck parking. As such, I could not find parking anywhere. I was appreciative that they allowed me to stay here for the night.

The shipping lady I spoke to was friendly and understanding and authorized one of the overnight parking spots for me. Cool. She said they may call me early, close to my appointment time, if they can get me in early. I said thats fine. They called at 0530 and gave me door 4. I backed up to the door and sat. And sat, and sat. I then got a phone call at 0745 - "Can you move to door 2?" I replied "Ive been sitting here for 2½ hours." "Your appointment is for 0700 so we have until 0900 to offload you"

Then why did you call me at 0530, wake me up, give me a door, one that turns out to be the wrong door, and then "abuse" the 2 hour grace rule? It's now 08:30 and they haven't touched my trailer at all. So now they're playing that shipper's game where they think they are punishing the trucker by ignoring them because "I'm the asshole". Like we've never seen shippers play this stupid game before.

This place is low-budget. A non-empathic company that does not acknowledge the driver's role in the transport chain. I won't be back, not that they would care.

One of the most convenient places I’ve delivered too. Showed up couple hours early to my appt so I had to park, took a nap and waited for them to call me. When they gave me a door they had me unloaded within an hour. Let me overnight on site have clean indoor restroom and free coffee in the mornings

Easy to find. Once there, follow the signs and arrows. Huge "Driver Check-Sign", no guessing where it is. Wear a Hi-Vis vest. Free yummy coffee and a clean bathroom. Keep your doors closed when backing in door and slide tandems to the rear. It's a 24 hour facility and I have stayed there overnight after delivery.

this is a terrible place to be a truck driver. if you are late you will be unloaded in 20 hours. now i arrived early and have been standing at the door for over two hours and the light is still green. they haven't even started unloading. terrible work organization. why schedule an appointment if you can't unload on time.
