Millis drivers, you need a code to access this yard. I've been waiting 20 minutes at the gate so dispatch could find that gate code for me. They can easily access heartland and millis yard with a transponder. But we can't access theirs without knowing the code. Anyway 20 minutes at the gate so 2 stars. Other than that the terminal is decent.

Review is for the terminal. It's a full 4 astronomic units from the back of the long strip of property to the bathroom. Why park at the back? Because there's no other place to park close to grass to walk your dog when you have a trailer. Got IBS AND a dog? Be prepared to PC to the front of the terminal, park with flashers just to use the bathroom, then exit and reenter the terminal. Worst terminal design in any company I've ever been to.

And I don't know what's going on with the water, but it leaves your hands feeling sticky. 🤢

I really like this terminal. Plenty of parking bobbed or hooked. Good showers. Free Sweet Tea and Lemonade. Good people working inside.

This location is one of two great terminals. It's not the place itself, but the caring staff inside of it. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. The staff function as a team. They are constantly striving to make drivers stay comfortable and pleasant. There is no ending to their service regardless of the issue. They are more than willing to listen attentatively to the driver and assist with a solution. I really enjoy going to this terminal. I appreciate all they do each day. Thank you for being so supportive.

Pay is very low not for a trucker with a family. They never answer their phones and , take a long time to answer a text on the truck's tablet. The people where very nice here but again they do not answer any phones . And your assign to a dispatcher good luck talking to him after your first day in the trick after that first day ? You might talk to your dispatcher like once a month if that.

I love this CFI terminal. Been coming here for years, and it’s always immaculate clean and has 2 driver lounges. The dispatchers are always friendly and accommodating, and this place feels like home. There’s lots of food choices a short BT away, and for those who like to watch the greyhounds, the casino down the street is the place.

They pollute Heartland and Millis yards with their trucks, yet make you jump through hoops to access parking in their yards.
Also, talk to any of their drivers and you'll never want to work for them.

Awesome place with awesome employees and fellow drivers. Quiet place to rest. Showers and restroom very clean. Great company to drive for. All you drivers that give one star and complain should quit. Take your negativity to Swift or Schneider.
